Intellectual Property

All content on ATLAS TOTAL MANAGEMENT LLC — including but not limited to the platform name, gothic visual design, atmospheric audio elements, interface layouts, written copy, and thematic imagery — is the intellectual property of ATLAS TOTAL MANAGEMENT LLC or is used under licence. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission. Your personal profile content remains yours, but by posting it on the platform you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the ATLAS TOTAL MANAGEMENT LLC environment.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

ATLAS TOTAL MANAGEMENT LLC is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, since the platform is free, means zero. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
